Sherry & Yan... Piebird Bed & Breakfast - North Bay Video

A while back, I got the chance to spend a day shooting with Sherry and Yan of Piebird Bed & Breakfast, and finally after being tied up working on a few feature films back to back, I got the chance to go through all the files and put something together.

Spending time with people like Sherry and Yan, and putting together little profile videos like this, giving an insight into people's lives is my favorite thing to do. I'm loving doing all kinds of work with my business (websites, design, photography, etc...), but I know I'll be able to watch this again in 5 years, and it'll still make me smile. I can't say the same for any website I worked on five years ago. It's just different and much more personal.

There are a number of people I want to get in front of the camera, but time & scheduling usually get in the way. This was the case with Piebird, but when I had a shoot cancellation one day, and I saw that the weather was nice, I got in touch with Yan & headed right over to start shooting.

I had a great time spending the day with them, and it's pretty hard not to fall in love with them, their place, their lifestyle, their happiness... just the whole experience.
